Everyone I interact with from the dental assistant to Dr Rainey to the front desk are very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I have been going to Dentist Downtown Seattle for 7 years now. I just went for my cleaning appointment and was very pleased with the hygienist. She was thorough, gentle, and very professional. The office is clean and the space is inviting with tons of art work all around the office. The front desk folks are welcoming and efficient. They are even open for half days on Saturdays!
They made my Invisalign journey seamless! (No pun intended haha) Great service, knowledgeable staff, and clear communication. Each visit has been easy and they were able to break up my payments with no interest. I’ll stick with them as long as I stay living relatively nearby.
They worked me in quickly for an urgent visit and took great care of me as always! My mother also had an excellent experience with them recently and gives them 5 stars as well.
